We are so pleased you are interested in having your child baptized at Archangel Gabriel Parish. Baptisms at Archangel Gabriel Parish are available on the following dates:

● Second Sunday of each month at Holy Trinity Church at 1:45 PM
● Third Sunday of each month at Saint Malachy Church at 9:15 AM (10:15 AM beginning in September 2026)
● Fourth Sunday of each month at Saint Mary, Help of Christians Church at 12:15 PM

Please note, before you invite friends or family members to be godparents to your child, please be sure to read the requirements and responsibilities of godparents in the Godparent Form.

PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A BAPTISM
If you would like to have your child baptized at Archangel Gabriel Parish:

STEP ONE
 Please complete the online Baptism Request Form.

STEP TWO
Once you submit the Baptism Request Form, the Parish Office will contact you to register you for a Baptism Prep Class and reserve a date for your child's baptism. We recommend that this class is completed and the sacrament scheduled during your pregnancy so that the child can be baptized soon after birth. Parents must take the baptism class once every five years.

STEP THREE
Each child brought forward for baptism must also have at least one godparent who is a confirmed, practicing Catholic, age 16 or older. All godparents must sign, date, and return the Godparent Form to the Parish Office, along with a letter of eligibility from the parish at which they are registered, at least two weeks prior to the scheduled baptism.
