Reserving a Parish Facility/Meeting Space
- Facilities Reservation Process
  
  In order to reserve a parish facility, you must complete the Facilities Reservation Form below.
  If you are a new organization or are proposing a new initiative (event, fundraiser, etc.), you must submit the New Initiatives Proposal Form prior to completing the Facilities Request Form. Established parish organizations who are planning events/initiatives that have been previously approved are NOT subject to this process. In that case, organizers should complete the Facilities Request Form below, as they have done in the past.
