If your parish is planning on inviting a speaker to a parish event who will be speaking on matters of faith, spirituality, and/or morals, you will need to submit the following documents to the Secretariat for Formation:
The Speaker Inquiry Form with resume
Speaker Statement of Assurance
If the speaker has not previously been approved to speak in the diocese, or if further information is required, the submission of the Request for Approval of Speakers may be required.
Speakers from outside of our diocese will need to submit a Letter of Good Standing from their home diocese.
This information should be collected and submitted with assistance from the parish Director of Operations.
