Need Your Sacrament Records?
- Parish members or non-parishioners who are looking for a record of a sacrament that you or your children received prior to January 1, 2020 at one of our predecessor parishes of Holy Trinity, Saint Malachy, or Saint John of God may request sacrament records by contacting the Diocesan Archives Office, 412-456-3158.
  
  For sacraments received after January 1, 2020, you must contact the Archangel Gabriel Parish Office (412-787-2140) or use the online AGP Sacrament Records Request Form on this page.
  Common requests for sacramental records include:

  First Communion
  Confirmation
  Marriage Certificate
