In 2017, the first Amen to Action food-packing event took place at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Over 3,000 men, women and children from area churches came together and packed over 1,000,000 meals. The legacy continues to grow, as each year food is packed at various sites across our city.
Archangel Gabriel Parish has pledged to bring 30 volunteers to the November 7 gathering at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Aliquippa to pack meals for our neighbors in need. If you would like to join us in this effort, please sign up using the form on this page or contact Patty Beasock at [email protected].
