Almost three years ago, every parish in the Diocese of Pittsburgh participated in the initial Disciple Maker Index (DMI). This survey helped shape our current Parish Pastoral Plans and guided our journey of discipleship. It is now time to measure our growth.
In the spring of 2026, we are launching the second DMI across the diocese, and we need your voice once again! The survey will remain open through March 29, 2026. This is the same survey that parishioners took in Lent of 2023. The primary purpose of this second assessment is to measure the impact and growth of our evangelization efforts since the initial survey. Your honest feedback is essential for understanding where we have successfully grown and where we still need to focus our energies.
The results of the DMI Retake will directly enable our parish leadership to review and revise our current plans in light of Bishop Eckman’s vision: that all parishes embrace the call to serve others through faith and works of charity. The data will help us ensure that the spiritual and corporal works of mercy remain front and center in the life of our parish community.
