Thank You From Choices Pregnancy Services

At the end of the Choices Pregnancy Walk for Life on Saturday, May 13, Keri Muir of Choices praised God that this was their most successful Walk for Life ever (their 30th) with contributions totaling $105,798! 

In recognizing the top individual fundraisers and teams, they giggled at the fact that the top two teams were from Archangel Gabriel Parish, and they were anxious to see if the Knights of Columbus group would overtake Archangel Gabriel Respect Life group - they did not. It was close, but in the end, our parish managed together to raise $11,370 (Respect Life $6,100 + Knights $5,270), far surpassing last year’s record of $6,890. Praise God that He worked through all of us to help women decide to keep their babies. 

The number-one individual fundraiser was a young woman with a beautiful young child. When she was recognized, she said that when she was expecting this little girl, she was in a difficult situation. Choices helped her decide to have her baby, and now she wanted to give back!
